Returns and Exchanges

At Grand Marine, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
   • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.

3. Shipping Costs:

   • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

   • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges:

   • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be offered.
